CJ Facilities Management Ltd ("we", "us") is a company registered in England and Wales, company number 15644745. Our registered office is 20 Wenlock Road, London, England, N1 7GU. We are responsible for the personal data collected through this website. You can contact us about it at info@cjfm.uk.
What we collect
When you send us a quote request we collect the details you enter: your name, company, email address, phone number, site postcode and message. We also record which page of this website you sent the form from.
If you accept advertising cookies, Google may also record that your visit started from one of our adverts and that you went on to send an enquiry.
How we use it and why
- To respond to your enquiry and provide a quote. This is necessary to take steps at your request and is in our legitimate interests as a business responding to enquiries.
- To measure how our online adverts perform. We only do this if you accept advertising cookies, so our legal basis is your consent.
We do not sell your personal data.
Who we share it with
We use service providers to run this website and receive your enquiries. This includes Web3Forms, which processes form submissions on our behalf and delivers them to us by email, and our website hosting provider. If you accept advertising cookies, Google also receives information as described under Cookies below.
Some providers, including Google, may process data outside the UK. Where this happens, we rely on providers using appropriate safeguards under UK data protection law.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to respond to you and to keep proper business records, and then delete them.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to ask us for a copy of your personal data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to our use of it, and to receive it in a portable format. Cookies and similar technologies
Cookies are small files stored on your device. We set only the ones below. Advertising cookies stay off unless you accept them using the banner on this site.
cjfm_consentis stored in your browser. It remembers your cookie choice. It is strictly necessary and stays until you clear your browser data.- Google advertising cookies, for example
_gcl_aw, are set only if you accept. They record that a visit began with a click on one of our Google adverts, so we can count the enquiries that follow. cjfm_leadis a temporary entry in your browser's session storage, created when you send an enquiry. If you have accepted advertising cookies, it lets us count that enquiry once. It is cleared when you close the tab.
Google's tag loads on every page of this site. Until you accept, it is set not to store advertising cookies or to use your data for advertising. This website's fonts are hosted by us and are not loaded from third party servers.
